Effects of Different Silicon Sources on the Properties of Geopolymer Planting Concrete Mixed with Red Mud

In order to reduce the carbon emission of planting concrete in process preparation, and realize application large amounts red mud geopolymer, this study, high silicon source materials blast furnace slag are added a content base geopolymer concrete, which can remove dependence on ordinary Portland cement provide new direction for comprehensive utilization mud. paper, effects different A (Alkali solid content)/P (Powder dosage) silica sources (silica fume diatomite) microstructure fluidity as well compressive strength, pore characteristics, alkalinity comparatively evaluated. The corresponding results showed that when A/P was 0.25, performance would be reduced due its alkalinity; 0.15, have sedimentation strength decreased. On other hand, pozzolanic reaction among fume, diatomite, Ca(OH)2 significantly weakened alkali pan phenomenon later stage formation. addition an appropriate amount diatomite also made structure more compact with better fluidity, yielded superior characteristics concrete. For good test mortar should 112–128 mm. Overall, best achieved at ratio 0.2, contents being 10% 5%, respectively. Furthermore, slope finite element analysis had protection potential than cement.
